Woot!
I found out this week that along with nine other folks, I am going to be a foreign exchange student for my school. For two weeks in January, I will be here <---. Apparently, we're not allowed to wear jeans or sneaks, but nevertheless, I've never been to France and am ridiculously excited. Anyone out there been to Bordeaux before? Where shall I go? What shall I do? Most importantly, what shall I eat and drink?

Congratulations! I spent a week in Paris, but that doesn't really help you. :) I know one thing - it's going to be great in so many ways!
That is amazing!!!! Bring me back the Eiffle Tower.
Let's find out what the specialties are for the Bordeaux region, then you'll know what to eat. It helps to learn some basic French phrases, just to show you care. We'll talk about it on Wednesday. (Oh, there are over 400 Daring Bakers now!)
