Honestly, it is very blue. It is not so hard to read...it just seems like the pictures clash with the background. However, I do love the new picture of the apples! Did you go to Oak Glenn outside of LA?

Nope. Apple Lane Farms in Solvang. Perhaps green instead?
Maybe something that blends in a little better. Cream, for example? Speaking of cream...have you ever tried making whipping cream with out a blender or beater? (AKA by hand)
The cream looks a LOT better. I would even suggest a little lighter color. But I like this a lot better.
